Racing Victoria (RV) is one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations, we develop, promote and manage the conduct of thoroughbred horse racing in Victoria. Racing forms part of Victorian culture and our celebrated Spring & Autumn carnivals hold a special place in the hearts of Melbournians, and are centrepieces in Australia’s sporting and social calendars.

The Racing Photos team are dedicated award-winning photographers, who capture the key moments from every race at all professional race meetings across Victoria. Photography is available for purchase in a range of fully customised framing styles, prints or memorabilia products, before the next race jumps!

What will you be doing?

  • Managing customer service delivery and experience for Racing Photo’s
  • Manage our current client base and help grow this by understanding customers’ needs and building relationships via phone, email and data analysis
  • Assist customers through the sales process and any troubleshooting that may arise
  • Provide regular management reporting and data insights incorporating digital web and social traffic, sales revenue and customer market intelligence in liaison with our marketing department
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators as set by management
  • Proactively identify and develop market opportunities for RV’s photography offering
  • Work with internal partners throughout the business to build overall capability to grow sales

Who is the ideal candidate?

You will be self-motivated, customer focused and enjoy working to sales targets, with strong understanding of the e-Commerce and e-Tail space. You take pride in providing great customer service ensuring customers feel their issues managed positively. You have experience in managing a customer’s lifecycle through a CRM and have experience developing reporting that drives the business’ understanding of performance.

As we are a small but growing business unit you will be proactive about identifying new offerings for our customers, have a flexible ‘can do’ approach to your work and excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to thrive as a customer and sales professional and member of a team.
