The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team to delivery optimal service, including through the provision of accurate, efficient and effective administrative support and coordinating key Human Resource processes. Critical to success in this role is maintaining accurate and up to date information is available through Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and providing recruitment support.  

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including advertising, arranging interviews and ensuring update information is available in talent system
  • Monitoring and updating human resources information systems
  • Updating and maintaining templates, forms and new employee packs
  • Accurately maintaining HR records and payroll documents ensuring data integrity is maintained within our records and systems
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR processes/tools for use across the business
  • Assisting with the implementation of the annual performance review cycle
  • Working flexibly across People & Culture projects

 A bit about you:

You’re passionate about Human Resources and technology and have gained experience in HR process administration and providing recruitment support to a range of stakeholders. You also:

  • Have sound understanding and confidence using HR technologies
  • Take responsibility for accurate completion of work and seek guidance when required
  • Show initiative, commit energy and drive to see that goals are achieved
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, meeting time frames and accuracy
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Have some knowledge, experience, interpretation and application of relevant legislation governing employment, human resources and industrial relations. Includes: Fair Work Act, Awards, Agreements, etc
