Racing Victoria (RV) is one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations, and the independent governing body of thoroughbred racing in Victoria. We develop, promote and manage the conduct of the racing of thoroughbred horses in Victoria to safeguard its integrity.
RV is looking for a suitably qualified Program Coordinator to join our Customer Strategy and Engagement Team for a 12-month contract. This role will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
What we are looking for:
The Program Coordinator will contribute to growing the engagement within Victorian Thoroughbred racing. The role will be responsible for the design and delivery of key marketing and customer initiatives.
The role will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager, broader Customer Strategy and Engagement Team to implement projects that deliver improved marketing communications activity for VOBIS and Owner programs to drive awareness, engagement and interest in Victorian thoroughbred breeding and ownership.
About you:
You will thrive in a collaborative, fast paced and hands on team environment. Some of the skills and experience you will have include:
- Strong background and proven experience in campaign marketing
- Experience with Program Coordination such as Loyalty/ membership programs in a similar industry
- Proven practice and understanding of customer experience design and passion for driving customer outcomes.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders such as racing clubs, agencies, and act as key point of contact for VOBIS and Owner related communications/activities.
